Liz Cunningham, MA, RN, helps executives & their teams tap into their collective wisdom, determine values-based strategies and inspire people to take action. Her B.S. in Nursing is from Seattle University; she was a clinician, supervisor and nursing educator prior to beginning her Master’s and Doctorate work in Communication and Leadership at the University of Denver.
Liz brings a keen intellect and intuitiveness to her recommendations for clients. She is known for her ability to quickly see “the heart of the matter.” As one executive commented last year: “When I chat with Liz, the complex relationships in my job become clear and simple.”
An earnest observer of behavior, a passionate student of life, her acting experience adds a dynamic dimension to the coaching Liz provides to leaders who seek her assistance in strengthening their day-to-day leadership presence and developing masterful communication skills.
In addition to her focused work with healthcare leaders, Liz is also an Adjunct Coach to leaders from Fortune 500’s on Management & Strategic Leadership Skills through the Center for Creative Leadership in San Diego. Liz is a member of the Professional Coaching & Mentoring Association in Los Angeles.
