Liz Cunningham MA, RN is an executive coach, consultant, speaker and author who is committed to assisting others in building teams that leave a “fingerprint to be proud of.” She has coached and been a consultant to health care leaders as well as for leaders from Fortune 500 companies.  Liz brings a keen intellect and intuitiveness to her recommendations for clients. She is known for her ability to quickly see "the heart of the matter" regarding leadership, culture and communication.

Her speaking and acting experience adds a dynamic dimension to the coaching she provides to senior leaders on positive leadership presence and masterful public speaking.  While at the University of Denver, Liz completed all the coursework for her Doctorate in Organizational Communication and from there holds a Master's degree in Human Communication. Her Bachelor of Science in Nursing is from Seattle University.

Russ Taylor, MSW is an executive coach, consultant and trainer who works with a variety of industries including healthcare, higher education, financial services, pharmaceuticals, technology, aerospace, manufacturing, and nonprofits. Prior to starting his consulting firm, Russ was a senior and managing consultant with Drake Beam Morin, a global human resources consulting firm. He also held management positions in several leading Pacific Northwest social services and performing arts organizations.

Russ holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Washington.  He is a Certified Hudson Institute coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation. He is trained in the interpretation of many assessment instruments used for development purposes.  Russ’s continuing professional education includes work with the Center for Creative Leadership, the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, Coaches’ Training Institute, Eckerd College Leadership Development Institute, and Retirement Options.
