Coaching is a dynamic learning process that helps you identify what it is for you to live a life filled with meaning, joy and contribution. Coaching helps you define your values and purpose and gain clarity about your priorities. By working with a coach, you become more aware of the beliefs, thoughts and actions that get in your way and prevent you from reaching your goals. You can examine your choices and commitments. By increasing your awareness and trying out different practices of living, you will begin to identify new possibilities, build skills, take concrete actions and integrate healthy principles into your life.
Our Approach
We use a three-part coaching process to create powerful results. We start with an individualized assessment followed by a custom designed coaching program to meet your desired outcomes. To provide structure, support and feedback, we meet with you in person or over the phone. All sessions are strictly confidential and scheduled in advance.
1. Individualized Assessment: To get started, we conduct a comprehensive assessment to learn about your values, needs, requests and desired outcomes. In preparation for the intake meeting, we send you pre-work materials. We can conduct 360-degree feedback and administer leadership assessments. If indicated, we can meet with your team members or directly observe your performance on the job to complete the assessment.

When working with leaders, we take a one-on-one approach to leadership development that includes professional coaching enhanced by the use of assessment tools.
Kimberly McNally is certified to administer The Leadership Circle Profile™ (TLCP), a 360 degree leadership survey which defines observable competencies that lead to leadership success.
The Leadership Circle Profile is a true breakthrough among 360 degree assessments as it is the first to connect a well-researched battery of competencies with the underlying motivations and habits of thought. It reveals the relationship between patterns of action and the internal assumptions that drive behavior. It immediately helps a leader learn what is working, what is not, and why!

2. Customized Program: Based on your desired outcomes, we design a customized program intended to build your personal and professional competence. Our coaching programs address the interrelationship between many aspects of your life - physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual. We'll look at where you need to pay more and less attention. The written program may include practical exercises and homework assignments to develop self-awareness and build skills, suggested practices to improve well being and recommendations for ongoing learning.
3. Coaching Conversations: On a bi-weekly basis, we meet by phone or in person to talk about your progress towards desired outcomes. By listening deeply and speaking purposefully, we offer new interpretations for you to consider. In between sessions, you have the opportunity to observe yourself in daily life, gain insights and try new approaches.
Our Fees
Coaching programs are usually three-to-six months in length. Our programs include an intake session, customized written program, regular coaching sessions (typically one-hour sessions twice per month), E-mail correspondence during the course of the contract and special resources and materials. Coaching is priced as a package with an option to pay in monthly installments. Our first meeting with you is at no cost. |
