Coaching is a "just-in-time" leadership  development strategy that assists leaders with the complex and changing world of health care.  We help you discover what "leading from the inside out" means so you can produce significant results with less effort.  We help you create a way of being that allows you to stay focused and committed to your vision and goals. 

Coaching provides structure, support and confidential feedback so leaders have a greater likelihood of successfully navigating personal, strategic, operational, and team issues.  After a comprehensive intake session with the leader, we develop clear outcomes and an customized program.  Through regular meetings in person or over the phone, the leader shares progress, explores new territory, receives feedback, and commits to new actions.
