Typically we are engaged because a leader has assumed a new position, is being groomed for a higher position, or to address a blind spot that is limiting the effectiveness of the leader. In the arena of organizational development, we facilitate strategic planning and teambuilding retreats, design conferences, facilitate organizational redesign processes and participate in corporate leadership development initiatives. We have a special interest in governance and have helped Boards to increase their overall effectiveness. We have experience conducting Board assessments and Board retreats. We do this while honoring the mission, cultural values, and concerns for return on investment of each organization we serve.
