Workshops contain valuable content and experiential practice to help participants embody the material.  We use discussion, reflective exercises, customized case studies and coaching to deliver meaningful learning experiences

When appropriate, participants work on individual and group projects focused on real work challenges.  To complement learning, we offer on-going study groups. Our workshops can be conducted in half-day, full-day and series formats.  In preparation for designing a workshop, we conduct interviews with key people to gain insight into the learning and performance needs of the group.
